The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward for help finding a man wanted on felony charges in a Beaverton child sexual abuse case.
Erick A. De Leon, who also goes by Alex Rosado Lopez, faces an active felony arrest warrant tied to a 2022 Beaverton Police Department investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of a 12-year-old, according to a Beaverton police news release posted Oct. 13. De Leon was indicted in 2022 on two counts of attempted first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He has not been apprehended.
The charges in Oregon are not the only ones De Leon faces. Authorities in Wisconsin are seeking him in connection with alleged child sexual abuse material offenses, and Georgia authorities want him on additional alleged child sexual abuse-related charges, the department said.
The U.S. Marshals Service announced a reward in late September 2026 for information leading to De Leon's arrest and is coordinating efforts to locate him. The reward amount was not specified.
De Leon may be using multiple names, the department warned. Anyone who spots him should not approach him and should call law enforcement immediately.
Residents with information about De Leon's whereabouts can contact the U.S. Marshals Service or the Beaverton Police Department. Matt Henderson, Beaverton police public information officer, is the department contact for the case and can be reached at 971-217-7470.
