Bethany and Cedar Mill residents looking for a summer evening out have a free option on an early August evening at the Beaverton Night Market.

Hosted by the City of Beaverton's Diversity Advisory Board, the Night Market fills The Round's outdoor plaza with food and craft vendors and live music and dance performances. The city describes it as an intercultural, family-friendly gathering modeled after night markets found around the world.

What past markets have looked like

Live performances included local groups representing African, Latino, Hawaiian, and other cultures. The event has drawn thousands of attendees in recent years.

The city has not released a 2026 vendor list or performance lineup. Updates will be posted at beavertonoregon.gov/390/Beaverton-Night-Market.

How to get there from Bethany

The Round sits at the Beaverton Central MAX Blue Line station, making the train a straightforward option. Organizers encourage public transit, biking, or walking due to limited parking, according to city event materials.

For those who drive, parking is available in the Goodwill lot and two garages at The Round. From Bethany Village or the Cedar Mill town center, The Round is roughly a 10-minute drive south via NW Cornell Road or NW 185th Avenue.

Who runs it

Natali Pardo, an events coordinator for the City of Beaverton, has helped organize the Night Market for at least four years, according to the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce. The Diversity Advisory Board oversees the event's programming and vendor selection.
