The fire district that protects Bethany, Cedar Mill, and Oak Hills will take up a correction to its $289.6 million annual budget when the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Board of Directors meets Tuesday, July 28, at its Command and Business Operations Center in Tigard.
Resolution 2026-05, posted on the meeting agenda Friday, July 24, would fix an error in Resolution 2026-03, the budget appropriation measure the board adopted at its Tuesday, June 23 meeting.
The district has not publicly detailed what the error involves or how much money is affected.
The five-member elected board will also consider a district-wide Wi-Fi purchase. No vendor name or dollar amount appeared in the posted agenda.
A third item is a first reading of Board Policy Section 10, covering maintenance.
Because it is a first reading, the policy would not take effect at this meeting. A second reading and final vote would come at a future session. The board completed a similar process for Board Policy Section 9 (Purchasing) earlier this year, with a second reading at the June 23 meeting.

The meeting will be held at 11945 SW 70th Ave., Tigard. It will also stream on TVF&R's YouTube channel.
